Elon Musk bizarrely offers to impregnate Taylor Swift hours after she endorsed Kamala Harris with statement signed off ‘Childless Cat Lady’

Billionaire Tesla and Space X CEO Elon Musk appeared to offer to impregnate Taylor Swift in a bizarre social media post just hours after she endorsed Kamala Harris for president.

The popstar made the announcement on Instagram following last night’s debate and signed off her endorsement ‘Taylor Swift, Childless Cat Lady’ in a dig at J.D Vance.

However less than two hours later, father-of-twelve Musk, who has also spoken out against underpopulation in the past, penned a bizarre proposal to Swift on X.

He wrote: ‘Fine Taylor … you win…I will give you a child and guard your cats with my life.’

The post shocked even one of Musk’s most ardent supporters, Ian Miles Cheong, who responded: ‘My God.’

Last night Trump and Harris went head-to-head in a heated debate on ABC during which the Republican presidential nominee accused migrants of eating pets and said Democrats wanted to ‘execute babies’ in the ninth month of pregnancy.

The world had been waiting for Swift, 34, to weigh in on the election after she backed Joe Biden in 2020 and supported Hilary Clinton in 2016.

And she chose the first meeting between Trump and Harris to make it clear she was backing the Democrats, and slammed the former president for ‘falsely’ claiming her support with a slew of AI images.

Swift posted on Instagram: ‘I will be casting my vote for Kamala Harris and Tim Walz in the 2024 Presidential Election.

‘I’m voting for @kamalaharris because she fights for the rights and causes I believe need a warrior to champion them.

‘I think she is a steady-handed, gifted leader and I believe we can accomplish so much more in this country if we are led by calm and not chaos.’

Swift accompanied the post with a picture of her calico cat Benjamin Button and signed it off ‘Taylor Swift, childless cat lady.’

Musk’s comments about Swift come after he previously spoke out about Earth’s ‘collapsing birth rate’ and boasted how he is ‘always banging the baby drum’.

Back in 2022, when he had had nine children with three different women, he posted on X that he was ‘doing my best to help the underpopulation crisis’.

Republican vice presidential nominee J.D. Vance has also mocked ‘childless cat ladies’ in the past – who Swift alluded to in her post.

In 2021, he told Fox News that America was being run by Democrats, corporate oligarchs and ‘a bunch of childless cat ladies who are miserable at their own lives and the choices that they’ve made and so they want to make the rest of the country miserable, too.’

Swift’s endorsement capped off a positive night for Harris, who was widely declared the winner on the biggest night of her career.

Harris succeeded in rattling her Republican opponent as he was grilled on hot-button issues from abortion to democracy – and accused of being a friend to dictators.

Trump, who many thought would have the upper hand ahead of last night’s debate, repeatedly bit on Harris’ attempts to goad him into a war of words and spent much of his allotted speaking time defending himself instead of pressing his opponent on her weaknesses.

The former president’s supporters were left particularly disgruntled by ABC News moderator David Muir, who was accused of ‘handling’ the debate for Kamala.

The moderators ruthlessly fact-checked almost every single one of Trump’s statements and sometimes interjected to challenge him while Harris was allowed to speak at will, leading Trump’s team to say he was fighting a ‘three-on-one’ battle.

Trump’s team has also since shrugged off Swift’s support, claiming it’s further proof the megastar is part of the ‘Democratic elite.’

It’s further evidence that the Democrat Party, unfortunately, is the party of the wealthy elite,’ Trump campaign spokeswoman Karoline Leavitt told DailyMail.com.

‘And Taylor Swift may make great music, but she does not understand the struggles of everyday, hardworking families, and President Trump is speaking on behalf of those hardworking, struggling families who don’t get the privilege, like Taylor Swift, of living in a gated community, who need their local police to be funded, who want their Second Amendment right to defend themselves and their family because they don’t have armed security like Taylor Swift has.’

Taylor Swift’s post in full read: ‘Like many of you, I watched the debate tonight. If you haven’t already, now is a great time to do your research on the issues at hand and the stances these candidates take on the topics that matter to you the most. As a voter, I make sure to watch and read everything I can about their proposed policies and plans for this country,’ Swift wrote.

‘Recently I was made aware that AI of ‘me’ falsely endorsing Donald Trump’s presidential run was posted to his site. It really conjured up my fears around AI, and the dangers of spreading misinformation. It brought me to the conclusion that I need to be very transparent about my actual plans for this election as a voter. The simplest way to combat misinformation is with the truth,’ she added.

She noted that ‘I’m voting for @kamalaharris because she fights for the rights and causes I believe need a warrior to champion them. I think she is a steady-handed, gifted leader and I believe we can accomplish so much more in this country if we are led by calm and not chaos. I was so heartened and impressed by her selection of running mate @timwalz, who has been standing up for LGBTQ+ rights, IVF, and a woman’s right to her own body for decades.’

‘I’ve done my research, and I’ve made my choice. Your research is all yours to do, and the choice is yours to make. I also want to say, especially to first time voters: Remember that in order to vote, you have to be registered! I also find it’s much easier to vote early. I’ll link where to register and find early voting dates and info in my story,’ she wrote.

She ended it: ‘With love and hope, Taylor Swift Childless Cat Lady.’

Tim Walz learned of the endorsement in real time during an interview on MSNBC.

‘I’m incredibly grateful to Taylor Swift,’ Walz said. ‘I say that as a fellow cat owner.’

‘That’s the type of courage we need in America,’ he added. ‘This is an opportunity Swifties: KamalaHarris.com – get over there.’

With less than two months until the election, Harris, 59, went into the debate last night under pressure to deliver in front of an audience expected to run into the tens of millions.

She started on the front foot by surprising Trump by approaching him to shake his hand before they took to their lecterns.

Then the niceties ended.

Trump, who only a few weeks ago had believed himself to be cruising to victory, reacted to pressure from Harris by resorting to the kinds of finger-jabbing insults and meandering invective that he uses at his rallies.

Harris responded by looking on in amusement and occasionally exclaiming ‘c’mon’, before declaring that she represents a fresh start after the ‘mess’ of the Trump presidency – and saying: ‘We’re not going back.’

The former president at one point talked at length about Haitian migrants of ‘eating pets’ in Springfield, Ohio, an unsubstantiated claim that first appeared on social media and has since been debunked.

‘In Springfield, they’re eating the dogs. The people that came in, they’re eating the cats,’ the former president said. ‘They’re eating the pets of the people that live there.’

Harris could be heard muttering ‘What? This is unbelievable’ before openly laughing at Trump’s statement.

ABC News debate moderator David Muir then stepped in and told Trump: ‘There have been no credible reports of specific claims of pets being harmed, injured or abused by individuals.’

One of the most intense exchanges between the two candidates was on abortion.

Trump insisted that while having pushed for the end of the federal right to abortion, he wanted individual states to make their own policy.

Harris said he was telling a ‘bunch of lies’ and called his policies ‘insulting to the women of America.’

Within minutes, Trump hammered at the Democrat’s weak spot on immigration by falsely claiming that she and Biden had allowed ‘millions of people pouring into our country from prisons and jails, from mental institutions and insane asylums.’

Harris pointed out that Trump is a convicted felon, called him ‘extreme’ and said it is ‘a tragedy’ that throughout his career he had used ‘race to divide the American people.’

The rivals also clashed on foreign policy, with Harris telling Trump that Russian President Vladimir Putin would ‘eat you for lunch’ when it came to the war in Ukraine and that foreign dictators were ‘laughing’ at him.

Trump shot back by accusing Harris of being weak on the war in Gaza, saying she ‘hated Israel’ and that Israel would be ‘gone’ within two weeks if she was president.

Another jarring moment came when Trump doubled down on his unprecedented refusal to accept losing to Biden in the 2020 election, before trying to overturn the result.

Harris responded by mocking his catchphrase as a reality TV star.

‘Donald Trump was fired by 81 million people. So let’s be clear about that. And clearly he is having a very difficult time processing that,’ she said.

‘And I’m going to tell you that I have traveled the world as vice president of the United States. And world leaders are laughing at Donald Trump.’
