Plane Crashes Into Neighborhood Setting Homes Ablaze & Leaving THOUSANDS Without Power

A small plane ended up crashing into a neighborhood in Oregon as per reports from local media outlets.

 

The incident led to homes being set ablaze and leaving thousands of residences in the vicinity without power.

The aircraft fell out from the sky during the morning hours of Saturday as the exact location was identified as Fairview Residential neighborhood as reported by the Multnomah County Sheriff’s Office.

A video was posted on social media regarding the matter that shows plumes of smoke rising over the region as flames shot up into the sky from their residences.

The FAA spoke to media outlet Daily Mail that the plane involved was a twin-engine Cessna 421C that crashed near the Troutdale Airport in Oregon at about 10:30 am Pacific Time.

It’s not known right now how many people were on board the aircraft and if anyone was injured.

Port of Portland Fire sent in news about a crash vehicle and the battalion chief of support at the scene. Gresham Fire Department is the agency in charge, as reported by media outlet KATU.

Terrifying scenes of the incident went viral on social media as many await for assistance and an investigation into what went wrong.
